Frequently asked questions
How many questions are on the Florida Motorcycle Permit test?
Florida has NO DMV motorcycle written test. To add the endorsement you hold a Class E license and complete a Basic RiderCourse (BRC/BRCu); the endorsement fee is $7 and it must be added within 1 year of finishing the course. A 'Motorcycle Only' license (age 16+) requires passing the Class E knowledge exam plus the BRC. Our Florida motorcycle simulator is a BRC-style knowledge check, modeled at 50 questions with an 80% line - it is not an official exam.
What score do I need to pass?
You need at least 40 of 50 questions correct (80%).
How much does the Florida test cost?
Motorcycle endorsement: $7 (after completing the required rider course).
Are these the actual test questions?
No. These are original practice questions written from the same public handbook the real test covers. They are designed to teach the material, not to reproduce the exam.
